چکیده
The effects of application calcium-containing natural fertilizer on the functional state tea plant were studied. Application calcium resulted weakening negative high temperatures and water deficiency due to an increase in its heat resistance (on average by 30 - 40%), catalase activity 5 10 %), as well adaptive rearrangement pigment ratio increasing content carotenoids, chlorophylls their activity. In general, more efficient functioning signaling intracellular network provided better adaptability plants extreme conditions recovery after subsequent rehydration, which a whole contributed shoot growth 20%) yield 27 33%.

Diverse Colletotrichum species cause anthracnose of tea plants (Camellia sinensis (L.) O. Kuntze) in China
Anthracnose caused by Colletotrichum is one of the most severe diseases that can afflict Camellia sinensis. However, research on the diversity and geographical distribution of Colletotrichum in China remain limited. In this study, 106 Colletotrichum isolates were collected from diseased leaves of Ca. sinensis cultivated in the 15 main tea production provinces in China. Multi-locus phylogenetic ...
متن کاملSubcellular Localization of Galloylated Catechins in Tea Plants [Camellia sinensis (L.) O. Kuntze] Assessed via Immunohistochemistry
Galloylated catechins, as the main secondary metabolites in the tea plant, including (-)-epigallocatechin-3-gallate and (-)-epicatechin-3-gallate, comprise approximately three-quarters of all the tea plant catechins and have stronger effects than non-galloylated catechins, both on the product quality in tea processing and the pharmacological efficacy to human beings. The subcellular localizatio...
متن کاملAntioxidant and antifungal activities of Camellia sinensis (L.) Kuntze leaves obtained by different forms of production.
The antioxidant and anticandidal activities of leaves obtained from Camellia sinensis by non-fermentation (green and white teas), semi-fermentation (red tea) and fermentation method (black tea) were investigated. It was evaluated the total phenolic content by Folin-Ciocalteau assay; antioxidant capacities were evaluated in vitro using DPPH and ABTS radicals, hypochlorous acid and superoxide ani...
متن کاملDifferential Proteomic Analysis of Chilling Stress Responses in Tea Plant [Camellia sinensis (L.) O. Kuntze]
Low temperature is one of the serious environmental stresses affecting plant growth and agricultural production. It not only inhibits metabolic reactions but also causes osmotic, oxidative, and other damages [1]. Chilling temperatures that range from 0 to 12°C are common during the growing season and can substantially decrease plant productivity [2]. Plants respond and acclimate to chilling str...
متن کاملTranscriptome Analysis Reveals Candidate Genes involved in Blister Blight defense in Tea (Camellia sinensis (L) Kuntze)
To unravel the molecular mechanism of defense against blister blight (BB) disease caused by an obligate biotrophic fungus, Exobasidium vexans, transcriptome of BB interaction with resistance and susceptible tea genotypes was analysed through RNA-seq using Illumina GAIIx at four different stages during ~20-day disease cycle. Approximately 69 million high quality reads were assembled de novo, yie...
